How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
Your written notice must include all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- Your full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing (URL(s) on AliciaXX.com) and reasonably sufficient information to locate the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable if submitted by email).
On receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader.
Counter-Notice (If You Believe Removal Was a Mistake)
If your content was removed and you believe it was misidentified or removed by mistake, send a counter-notice that includes:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- Identification of the removed content and the location where it appeared (URL) before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where your address is located), and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name if by email).
After a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us they filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
Misuse
Knowingly submitting false claims or misrepresentations may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).
